Terms, Privacy & Refunds

1. Product. L2JForge sells access to a Lineage II Java emulator source code (based on lucera2 core) and related SVN repository access. Purchases are one-time and grant the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the source for their own private or commercial server.

2. License & restrictions. You may NOT resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly publish the source code or SVN credentials. Sharing access with third parties is strictly forbidden and grounds for immediate termination without refund.

3. Account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and SVN credentials private. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

4. Support. Support is provided via Discord and tickets. We do not guarantee uptime of third-party services (SVN host, payment provider).

5. Termination. We may revoke access for violations of these terms, chargebacks, fraud, or abuse. No refund will be issued in such cases.

6. Liability. The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from its use.

7. Changes. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.

Data we collect: email address, username, display name, order history, support tickets, and IP/session data necessary for authentication.

Why: to operate your account, deliver purchased products (SVN credentials), provide support, and prevent fraud.

Storage: data is stored on our backend infrastructure (Lovable Cloud / Supabase, EU). Payments are processed through Revolut Business; we do not store card details.

Sharing: we do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law.

Your rights (GDPR): you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Contact below). Account deletion removes your profile and personal data; order records may be retained for accounting/legal obligations.

Cookies: we use only essential cookies/localStorage for authentication. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Because this is a digital product delivered as source code and SVN access, all sales are final once credentials have been issued.

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

• Payment was made but credentials were never delivered within 7 days and we are unable to resolve the issue.
• Duplicate or accidental payment confirmed by our records.

Refunds are NOT issued for: change of mind, lack of technical skill to use the software, incompatibility with your hosting environment, or violation of the Terms of Service (e.g. sharing credentials).

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of the original payment.
